Reduced guidance services during the summer

Due to a high number of pending cases and staff holidays, UDI will offer limited guidance services from 23 June to 8 August (weeks 26 to 32).

You can call our information service between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The informastion service is closed on Wednesdays and Fridays.

The phone is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.. The phone is closed on Wednesday. You can reach us during opening hours at (+47) 23 35 15 00. 

You must be authorised in order for us to be able to disclose confidential information about another person.
