Reduced guidance services during the summer

Due to a high number of pending cases and staff holidays, UDI will offer reduced guidance services this summer. The UDI Information Service will remain open throughout the summer, but with limited availability from 23 June to 8 August (weeks 26 to 32).

We kindly ask that you wait to contact us with non-urgent questions until our services return to normal opening hours and staffing levels.
