Vulnerable persons are persons in a situation of vulnerability who may need special adaptations or follow-up from the Norwegian authorities. It is important that you notify the authorities if you are in such a situation, so that you can get help.
You are considered vulnerable if you
- are a victim of violence or abuse in the family
- are a victim of forced marriage
- are a victim of female genital mutilation
- are a victim of human trafficking
- are a victim of torture or sexual violence
- are under the age of 18 years
- are an LGBTI person (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersexual)
- are pregnant
- have a disability
- have physical or mental health problems
