People who can work in Norway for 14 days without a residence permit
Unless you are covered by one of the exemptions below, you must apply for a residence permit for work purposes.

Performers, artists, musicians and their support staff do not need a residence permit if they are to have concerts or performances in Norway for a total of maximum 14 days during a calendar year. You or your client must notify the police in writing before you enter Norway. You have to check whether you need a visitor visa.

Employee of an organisation who carries out international humanitarian work
Some employees of organisations who carry out international humanitarian work do not need a residence permit if they are to work in Norway 14 days or less during a calendar year.
You have to check whether you need a visitor visa.
Requirements
- You must be employed in an organisation in Norway or abroad.
- The organisation must carry out international humanitarian work.
- You are going to arrange or participate in meetings, seminars or courses who promote international humanitarian work. You are going to do this for no more than 14 days put together during a calendar year.
