What do you need help with?: return to home country

You can call our Information Service Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The Information Service is closed on Wednesdays.

Questions about applying for assisted return

You can reach us during opening hours at (+47) 23 35 16 00. When you are asked what type of case you are calling about, press 7 (assisted return). You can also send an email to varp@udi.no.

Tuesday: 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Wednesday: closed
Thursday–Friday: 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
