User survey
We are conducting a user survey among those who have sent us an application or have called our Information Service. Some of our users will be randomly selected to participate in the survey. If you have been selected, you will be contacted by us.
If we contact you, it is entirely up to you to decide whether or not you respond to the survey. UDI will not know who responds to the survey.
By participating in the user survey, you can express your opinion about your experience with UDI and our Information Service. We will use your answers to improve our services.
Please remember not to enter any personal details, or any other information regarding your case, in the survey. If you have questions about your case, please contact our Information Service.
