Change of opening hours from Monday 25 November

Our information service has reduced opening hours from Monday 25 November until Friday 6 December. During this time the information service is open from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

You can call our Information Service Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The Information Service is closed on Wednesdays.

Questions about applying for assisted return

You can reach us during opening hours at (+47) 23 35 16 00. When you are asked what type of case you are calling about, press 7 (assisted return). You can also send an email to varp@udi.no.

Opening hours: 

Monday: 10 p.m.–3 p.m.
Tuesday: 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Wednesday: closed
Thursday–Friday: 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
