Send documents to UDI


Here you can submit any missing documents, new information for your case, or an appeal against a decision. You can also submit documents if you have been asked to do so by the police or UDI.

How to submit documents

  1. Log in with ID-porten or with your email address and password.
  2. Find your application under “Submitted applications”.
  3. Click “Upload documents” next to your application.
  4. Select the document type and submit.

You will receive an email confirmation once your documents have been submitted. The documents are usually added to your case within one day, but it can take up to 30 days if the information about the documents is incomplete. We will contact you if any documents are missing.

  • I cannot find my application under ‘Submitted applications’. What should I do?

  • I am not sure if UDI has received my documents. How can I find out?
