My applications

Where do I find My applications?
You can find My applications by logging in to My page (external website).

Which applications can I find on My applications?
My applications contain electronic draft applications and submitted applications that are registered to the user you log in with.
If you submitted an application before April 2022 that you cannot find under your submitted applications, this application is in our old application portal. This means that you can no longer find your way back to the application on our website. If you want to have access to an older case or need to see the application summary of it, you may contact UDI in writing here.
Applications for protection (asylum) and applications that were submitted on paper are not displayed on this page. Draft applications that are not submitted or changed within six weeks will be deleted.

I can not find my application. How can I find it?
On My applications, only applications that were started or submitted using the same login method as the one you have used are displayed. Therefore, try to log in both with ID-porten and with your e-mail address and password.
Applications for protection (asylum) and applications submitted on paper do not appear on My applications.
For some applications that were submitted before April 2022, you must contact UDI to request access.

Can I see the status of my application?
No, My applications does not display information about where in the process your application is while you are waiting for an answer to the application.

How do I send documents for one of my applications?
On My applications, you can send documents to your submitted applications. Find your application under "Submitted applications", and click on the "Upload documents" buttion next to the application. You will then be taken to the service to upload and send documents.

How do I send documents to an application that is not on My applications?
To send documents digitally to an application that is not on My applications, you can go to UDI's service for submitting documents here (external website). You can also use this service to send documents that are not directly linked to an application. You cannot send documents digitally in applications for protection.

Which documents do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
To see which documents you must bring with you to your appointment, you must find your application under "Submitted applications" on My applications and click on the "Go to application" button. From there you can download or see an overview of the documents you must bring with you when you attend the appointment.
Booking an appointment

How do I book an appointment for attendance?
Find your application under "Submitted applications" on My applications and click on the "Go to application" button. From there you can book an appointment with the police by clicking on "Book an appointment".

How do I book an appointment for an application that is not on My applications?
To book an appointment for an application that is not on My applications, you must contact the police directly. You will find the contact information for the police here (external website).
Application fee

Where can I pay the application fee?
If you have submitted an application without paying the application fee, the application is not considered complete until the fee is paid. To pay the fee, you must find your application under "Submitted applications" on My applications and click on the "Go to application" button. You will then be taken directly to the payment page if the fee has not been paid.
