Why is there no booking button on the receipt page when I am logging in with my UDI user?


If you applied for a residence permit before 27 May 2024, and the case was processed after this date, you will not see a "Book an appointment" button on the receipt page for your application. You must then manually book an appointment by contacting the police directly (external website)

If you find yourself in another situation where the "Book an appointment" button is not visible, you must contact the police (external website).
