Why can I not find my application when I have logged in?


You will find a list of draft applications and applications that you have sent if you log in and go to "My applications". 

If your application is not in the overview of sent applications, there may be various reasons for this:

  • You may have logged in using a different user account than the one you sent the application from.
  • Your application has not been sent. In that case, the application will be listed under "Draft applications".

If you still experience problems, you can contact UDI's technical support on chat or by sending an email. If you send an email, please include screenshots and an explanation of the problem.
