With an immigrant's passport for a single journey, you can normally travel to all countries except your home country. This will be stated in your passport.
If you have been granted an immigrant's passport that is also valid for a journey to your home country, it will be stated in your passport that it is valid for journeys to all countries.
You must always check whether you need a visa to enter the country you plan to visit and whether the country will accept your immigrant's passport. You can ask the country's embassy whether you will need a visa if you have a 'Norwegian immigrant's passport'.
