How do I change the information about me on My page?
You can easily update your information after logging in to My Page. Just find the information and click the link below it.

I’m under 18 years old. Who can see my information?
Your parents can see your information if one of them is registered with parental responsibility and the same address as you. They can see:
- Your name
- Your national identity number
- Your DUF-number
- Your residency in Norway
If you or your parents have address confidentiality, your parents will not be able to see your information on My Page.

What is a confirmation of legal residency?
A confirmation of legal residency is a document that proves you have legal residency and the right to work in Norway. You can show this document to public agencies such as NAV or to employers.
If you log in with ID-porten on My Page, you can download the confirmation as a PDF.

How do I get a confirmation of legal residency and the right to work in Norway?
Log in with ID-porten on My Page to download the confirmation under "My residency." It will be saved as a PDF.
Downloading works best with Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Your browser must allow pop-ups. You can change this in your browser’s settings.
Not able to download the confirmation?
If you cannot download it, you can request it through the contact form on My Page.

I need a confirmation of legal residency for my child. Can I use My page to request this?
No, if you need a confirmation of legal residency for your child, you must contact UDI through our contact form.

I’m under 18 years old. Where do I find information about my residency?
You cannot find your information about your residency on My page before you are over 18 years old.
If your parent is registered with parental responsibility and the same address as you, they can access your information on My page. This includes:
- Your name
- Your national identity number
- Your DUF-number
- Your residency in Norway
If you or your parents have address confidentiality, your parents will not be able to see your information.
