Unaccompanied minor asylum seekers
If you are under 18 and come to Norway without parents and apply for protection (asylum), you are called unaccompanied minor asylum seekers. Even if you came to Norway with, for example, siblings, aunts or grandparents, you register as a minor.
Anyone who registers as a sole minor will receive a representative.
