We know that you want to make sure that your application is without error and ready for processing. Many are unsure whether all the documents they must submit have reached UDI.

We will contact you if we are missing documents

UDI's Information Service does not have the capacity to go through the documents in your case.

UDI does not reject an application because documents are missing. When the waiting period is over and your application is set to be processed, we will check whether all the documents we need are included with the case. If documents are missing, your case manager will contact you so that you can upload or obtain the missing documents. You keep your place in the queue.

Have you sent us additional documents?

If you have completely new information that is important to your case, you can send this information to us.

If you have received a receipt that the documents have been uploaded, you do not need to contact us. If you do not receive such a receipt, please check your email spam folder or try re-uploading the documents. If you still do not receive a receipt, you can contact us via chat or phone.
