Your employer has provided suitable accommodation for you to stay

If you enter Norway to work, and your employer provides a suitable place for you to stay, approved by the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority (external website) before entry, you do not have to stay in a quarantine hotel.

It must be possible to avoid close contact with others at the place you complete the quarantine. The place of residence must have a private room with TV and internet, a private bathroom, a kitchen or access to foodservice. See more information and explanation of pre-approved accommodation on the health authority's website (external website).

Please note that there are still strict entry rules to Norway, and you cannot travel to Norway unless one of the exceptions applies to you.

If this applies to you, it means that you cannot use this scheme to apply for an exemption from quarantine hotels in advance.
