Most contact forms for sending emails to the UDI Information Service are closed

We have some technical problems with the contact forms for sending emails to the UDI Information Service. Most of the contact forms are now closed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working on solving the technical problems.

The UDI Information Service can be reached by phone and via chat during opening hours. The Information Service is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Feedback on service

For safety reasons you should not write any sensitive personal information or information bound by duty of confidentiality about yourself or others in this form. These kinds of information are for example health information, information about criminal offenses or information about someone being an asylum seeker or a refugee. 

We can use your email address to send you user surveys from UDI. It is up to you whether you wish to take part in them.
