We receive many enquiries by phone, chat and e-mail. Unfortunately, the response time can often be long, but we do our best to respond as quickly as possible. At the same time we also have to spend time processing the cases.
It is easier and faster for us to answer questions if they are well prepared in advance. Before you contact us, we therefore ask you to have all the information about what you are wondering about ready.

Tips on how to make it easier for us to respond to you
If you nevertheless come to the conclusion that you must contact the case officers, it will be of great help if the question is as concrete, concise and clear as possible. This will make it easier for us to reply to you.
If you have several questions, it is a good idea to have them in a short, clear order, preferably with a number (question 1, question 2, etc.)
