We will not be able to provide any further information about the waiting time for your application even if you contact us
We have limited capacity to respond to enquiries. It is the same employees who respond to enquiries by phone, chat and e-mail and who process the applications. As the situation is now, we must prioritise processing applications rather than responding to enquiries.
We understand that many people want to contact us because of the waiting time. Our most important source of information about waiting time is our website udi.no/waitingtime (external website). The information is updated regularly. We will not be able to provide any other information about the waiting time for your application than what you will find here. You therefore do not need to contact us if you have questions about the waiting time for processing your application. You will not get a faster response to your application even if you contact us.
You also do not need to contact us if you want to check whether we have received all the documentation in your case. We will contact you if there is something missing in the case that we need to process it.

Closed for e-mail during the summer holidays
During the summer holidays, UDI has reduced capacity to respond to enquiries. Unfortunately, you cannot contact us by e-mail from 24 June until 11 August.
