You have to choose a new password when you log in to the Application Portal
On September 12, we made some changes to the application portal. The first time you log in after this, you must choose a new password.
How to change your password
- Go to the login window (external website)
- Click on "Forgotten your password?"
- Enter your email address and press the button to get the code
- You will receive an email with a code you need to copy and paste in to the login screen
- Choose a new password

Having trouble signing in?
- First, make sure you entered your email address correctly in the login window.
- Then try the link "Forgotten your password?" and follow the instructions.
If you are told that there is no account for your email address, you have lost access to your account.
