You may apply for this support if you have citizenship or a residence permit in Morocco and you either
You are entitled to a reintegration support of € 2 000 that may be used for vocational training, courses or education, or starting up a business. Caritas Morocco and Fondation Orient-Occident will offer individual guidance to help you with this. You will not get this money paid out in cash. However, you will also be entitled to the normal support for assisted return.
If the UDI believes that you will be particularly vulnerable if you return, we can increase the reintegration support to € 4 000. You will not get this money paid out in cash. The UDI will assess in each indicidual case whether you qualify for the support for vulnerable persons.
If you are deported by the police to Morocco, you will get NOK 3 000 in cash in addition to € 1 000 in reintegration support that you may use for vocational training, courses or education, or starting up a business in Morocco. The support of € 1 000 will not be paid out in cash. Caritas and Fondation Orient-Occident will give you practical assistance in investing the support after you have returned to Morocco. It is on the condition that you collaborate with one of these organisations to get this supervision. Contact Caritas and Foundation Orient Occident within one month after you have returned. You will receive contact information when your application for support is treated.
